At WPGlassCo we keep it straightforward: if the piece isn’t right, we make it right. No stress, no games. We actually use the gear we sell and we want you to end up with a setup that works every time.
-30-Day Return Window
-30 full days from delivery to return or exchange any item.
What Qualifies for Return/Exchange
• Brand new, never used
• Original packaging, all parts, tags, and boxes still intact
• No signs of use or damage after you got it
What Doesn’t Qualify
Any used or heated glass (once it’s been dabbed, it’s yours — hygiene and safety)
Custom or specially upgraded pieces built just for your order
Items you damaged after delivery (drops, etc.)
Clearance or final-sale items (except defects)
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item on Arrival
If it shows up broken, cracked, not as described, or not what you ordered, just keep it (or toss it safely). Snap clear photos right away and hit us up. We’ll send a replacement the same day we confirm or issue a full refund including original shipping — no return shipping required.
How to Handle a Return or Exchange (Change of Mind)
1. Email saMleary693@icloud.com or DM @wp_glass_co on Instagram with order number and short note.
2. We send an RMA number and instructions same or next business day.
3. Pack it back up tight (reuse the box and padding) and drop at USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Refunds & Exchanges
• We inspect returns in 3-5 business days then refund to your original payment method.
• Exchanges usually ship faster — just tell us what you actually want.
• No restocking fees ever.
• Original shipping not refunded on regular returns, but we always cover it on our mistakes.
Store Credit Option
Pick store credit and we add an extra 10% on top. Put it toward your next bangers, e-rig, or full setup.
Shipping Damage in Transit
Same deal — photos, keep it, we replace or refund. Let us know within 48 hours so we can file with the carrier.
Cancellations
Cancel before it ships — full refund, no problem. After it ships, use the 30-day window.
60-Day Warranty on Upgraded Glass & E-Rigs
After the 30 days, if there’s a manufacturing defect under normal use, send photos — we replace or refund. No need to ship the broken piece back. (Drops or misuse not covered.)
International Orders
Regular returns accepted but you pay return shipping + duties. Defects and warranty still handled with no return required.
